IT’S. SO. DAMN. CLEAN.
The only thing that bugs me is that the Carfax doesn’t show if the transmission and airbag recalls have been done on it and Acura’s website doesn’t tell you like it used to when you enter the VIN#.

That takes me back. My parent’s used to own an 03 TL type-S, and it was a fantastic car. Funny enough, it was the third consecutive car they bought from the local Acura dealer in Albuquerque, but the first and only that was actually a Honda product.

I believe manuals weren’t offered until MY2006.
Too lazy to Wiki.

That’s a really good price considering it’s gonna need a manual swap.

If I get one of these I’m doing a manual swap.

My dad an 02 or 03 that got the transmission replaced. I saw one recently that listed that recall “open” on CARFAX. Anybody know if you could still get it covered? I guess question is do recalls have an expiration date?

Sedans got them with the new generation starting in 04. Also that reminds me of my 03 CL type S that was indeed a manual, I miss that car.

My mom had an ‘02 Type-S and my 18 year old self Dukes of Hazard’ed it over a nasty set of train tracks in Sudbury, Canada. I’m surprised that both it and I survived. Not just that instence but my entire late teens and early 20s.

I had an ‘02 with 210k miles on it when I sold it. What headaches should one be concerned about?
